Subscriber’s Form Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Gafford Property and Homes Ltd. By completing and submitting the Subscriber’s Form, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.

2. Definitions

  • Company: Gafford Property and Homes Ltd.
  • Subscriber: Any individual or entity completing and submitting the Subscriber’s Form.
  • Property: Any real estate offered for sale or lease by the Company.

3. Eligibility

Subscribers must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

4. Information Accuracy

Subscribers agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information in the Subscriber’s Form. The Company reserves the right to verify the information provided and reject any form with false or misleading details.

5. Payment Terms

All payments should be made to the Company’s designated bank accounts. The account details are as follows:

Payments must be made in accordance with the payment schedule agreed upon by the Subscriber and the Company. Late payments may incur additional charges.

6. Property Allocation

Property allocation is subject to availability and is on a first-come, first-served basis. The Company reserves the right to allocate properties at its discretion.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellation by Subscriber: Subscribers may cancel their subscription by providing written notice to the Company. Refunds will be processed based on the Company’s refund policy, which may include administrative fees.
  • Cancellation by Company: The Company reserves the right to cancel a subscription if the Subscriber violates any terms and conditions. In such cases, the Subscriber may not be eligible for a refund.

8. Transfer of Subscription

Subscriptions are non-transferable unless expressly agreed upon by the Company in writing.

9. Data Protection

The Company is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of Subscribers. Personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of processing the subscription and will not be disclosed to third parties without the Subscriber’s consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the Subscriber’s use of or inability to use the services provided by the Company.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes arising under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nigeria.

12. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Subscribers will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the Company’s services will constitute acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.
